FAQ

We offer free quotes! Upon request, we provide a detailed lump sum covering scaffolding, labor, and materials tailored to your project.

No, we do not ask for upfront payments. The only exception is when special-order materials such as prefinished cedar siding, soffits, Longboard, Nichiha panels, or precut metal panels need to be secured.

We manage the entire building envelope, including:

  • Above-grade waterproofing and building wrap
  • Openings preparation work (windows and doors)
  • Exterior insulation, rainscreen, and flashings
  • All types of trims, such as window and door trims, corner trims, bargeboards, beams and posts, knee braces, and dentils (excluding fascia boards along the roofline, which are typically handled by framing contractors)
  • Soffits, siding, and caulking

Note: We do not provide painting services, as this is handled by professional painters.

We excel in working with a wide range of materials, including:

  • Common materials: Fiber Cement (e.g., James Hardie), cedar siding, and metal siding in various styles
  • High-end materials: AL13, Longboard, and Nichiha panels
Additionally, when we manage an entire project, we handle stucco, stone, and brick cladding, ensuring seamless coordination and superior quality.

For smaller renovation projects, the best time is typically between May and October, when the weather is more predictable. However, for major renovations, including an entire house makeover (interior and exterior), work can be carried out year-round, as scheduling and project needs allow.

Siding installation for new construction can be done year-round. However, starting in spring is often ideal as it coincides with favorable weather and the beginning of the building season. The key is ensuring the house is properly waterproofed—this includes having the roof, building wrap, and windows installed—so interior work can proceed without delays or exposure to the elements.
