Part 2: How We Support General Contractors on Leaky Condo Remediation Jobs

🔍 Hidden Issues Beneath the Cladding? Here’s What We See

If you’re managing envelope remediation, you’ve likely come across water-damaged assemblies hiding behind siding — compromised sheathing, rusted fasteners, and failed membranes.

At Lynx Siding Inc., we’re more than siding installers — we understand building envelope systems and know how to adapt on the fly when the unexpected surfaces. That’s why GCs bring us in early and keep us around.

We’ve worked with fiber cement, ACM panels, metal, cedar, PVC, and wood-fiber composites — integrating weather barriers, rainscreens, insulation systems, and flashing with care.
