About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Siding Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead and manage our exterior cladding projects. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring top-quality workmanship, maintaining schedules, and upholding safety standards on-site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in siding and building envelope solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and Supervise Crews – Manage siding teams to ensure efficiency and productivity
✔ Ensure Quality & Safety – Oversee worksite operations to meet company and industry standards
✔ Blueprint & Site Management – Read plans, manage logistics, and coordinate materials
✔ Problem-Solving & Communication – Address on-site challenges and liaise with project managers and contractors
What You Bring
✅ Proven Experience – Background in siding, building envelope, or exterior cladding projects
✅ Leadership & Problem-Solving – Ability to guide teams, resolve issues, and maintain efficiency
✅ Technical Skills – Ability to read blueprints, manage workflows, and ensure project accuracy
✅ Reliability – Valid driver’s license and transportation for travel to job sites

Lynx Siding Inc. provides a 5-year workmanship warranty covering defects in labor under normal use and proper maintenance. We guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, architect or engineer instructions, building codes, and industry standards.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper maintenance, neglect, accidents, or modifications by others.
- Issues resulting from structural movement, moisture intrusion, or foundation settlement.
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration due to weather exposure.
- Failures caused by third-party trades, including improper installation of adjacent materials.
- Manufacturer defects—these are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Upon project completion, we will issue a Certificate of Completion along with the manufacturer’s warranty and maintenance guidelines, if applicable. Proper maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage.
