About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Siding Installer to take charge of siding installations on high-profile projects. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure precise installations, maintain quality standards, and uphold job site safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer looking to advance into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Siding Installation – Install fiber cement, metal, engineered wood, and composite siding with precision
Lead a Crew – Guide and mentor installers to maintain efficiency and quality
Blueprint Interpretation – Read plans and ensure accurate execution of project details
Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track
Safety & Quality Control – Follow safety regulations and maintain high-quality workmanship

What You Bring

Proven Experience – Minimum 3 years in siding installation or exterior carpentry
Technical Skills – Strong understanding of building envelope systems and rainscreen applications
Leadership Abilities – Experience leading a crew or a desire to grow into a leadership role
Reliability – Valid driver’s license and transportation for travel to job sites

Lynx Siding Inc. provides a 5-year workmanship warranty covering defects in labor under normal use and proper maintenance. We guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, architect or engineer instructions, building codes, and industry standards.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper maintenance, neglect, accidents, or modifications by others.
  • Issues resulting from structural movement, moisture intrusion, or foundation settlement.
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration due to weather exposure.
  • Failures caused by third-party trades, including improper installation of adjacent materials.
  • Manufacturer defects—these are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Upon project completion, we will issue a Certificate of Completion along with the manufacturer’s warranty and maintenance guidelines, if applicable. Proper maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage.
